Foreign Tourists Help Offset Slowing Flow Of Floridians To Pinellas

CLEARWATER - An increase of tourists from Europe and Canada helped offset a decrease in visits from Florida residents to Pinellas County during the first three months of 2008, according to a report released this morning.
