Two Pasco deputies arrested in alleged drug ring

Pasco County Sheriff’s Deputies Rodney Philon and Don Riggans -- along with two other men -- are behind bars. Investigators say they were operating a drug trafficking ring.

    ya rodney is a cool guy i thought. I would have never expected it. he was good friends with my dad. and also my dad’s boss. i went with him and my dad to MMA fights once i would have never suspected him of this. shocking really
